As a homeowner what rules do I need to follow?
When you purchase a home in a subdivision with an HOA it is important to review the CCRs (also known as the Declaration or Covenants) these were initially recorded in the County by the Developer. The Covenants are tied to your property and can only be amended by the process described in the Covenants. Generally speaking Covenants are strictly enforced if a matter is taken to Court. Other documents to review are the Bylaws (these govern the management of the Board) and the Rules and Regulations (these are rules created by the Board for the Common Areas). These documents can be found under the tabs listed above as Covenants & Bylaws and Rules & Enforcement.
What hours are the entrance gates open?
The gates automatically open at 5 a.m. and remain open until 7 p.m.
When is the HOA annual meeting?
You will receive a notice of the annual meeting, it is typically every October.
I would like to make an improvement to my property, how do I submit a request to the ACC?
The ACC submission form is found under the Rules/Enforcement/ACC tab. The submission fee for new builds is $500 and the fee for improvements on existing properties is $50. Please email the completed submission form to the Board at tuscanyhillsnixahoa@gmail.com. Payment for the ACC submission fee can be placed in the HOA mailbox near the pool.
